If an item is customized with a name, initial, or custom logo we are unable to accept it as a return. Please review in detail our sizing specifications before placing your order. If you need more information on our products please contact us so we can help you.
If you are returning an item please do so within 14 days of receiving your product. In order to receive full credit for your return please send them back in the condition that they were received along with your receipt. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping. You should expect to see your refund within 2 weeks of sending the goods back, however in many cases you will see it sooner. This gives the package time to get back to us along with processing time from the banks to release the funds.

Error or Missing Items
If their is an error or missing item from your order please contact us within 3 - 5 business days so we can quickly resolve the issue. Any claim of error or missing items will undergo investigation from our production & shipping team. The Cape Lady does reserve the right to deny a claim based on the information gathered from our investigation process. Any orders with claims of error need to be submitted with photos. Missing items will be shipped out immediately given that the product is available. It will be sent priority mail so that you receive it in good time. Errors will be handled in the same manor. The Cape Lady will cover the cost of return shipping for an item that was in our error. We must receive the returned item in the mail before we can dispatch the new item.
Our standard production time is 3 - 5 business days for any order, should we need more time to fill your order you will be contacted with 24 hours. If you select Priority mail at checkout it will not change the production time, but it will speed up the transit time. If you are concerned about the delivery time of your order please contact us.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
